Nest Real Estate co. was dreamed up by Brooke Iarossi when she was a young girl watching her Mother sell homes in Pensacola and the outlying communities within the panhandle of Florida. Growing up Brooke joyfully tagged alongside her Mother during numerous open houses, showings, and real estate closings. You could say that from her first real estate experiences, she was sold.
Brooke headed off to Florida State University and then completed her college education at the University of Florida. Once she graduated college, Brooke moved to Tampa to further deepen her Florida roots. Brooke quickly found herself longing for that old familiar spark that the real estate business gave her and decided to follow in her Mother’s footsteps and became a Realtor. After 13 years as a Realtor in beautiful Tampa, Brooke’s strong desire to create a different brand in real estate– one that encapsulates her client’s real estate needs along with their lifestyle; led her to open up her own brokerage and in
2015 Nest Real Estate was born.
After a decade of success, Brooke chose to partner her brokerage with Compass in 2023. This was a monumental step in the future of Nest as Compass is the number #1 brokerage in the nation. This partnership has allowed Brooke & the Nest brokerage’s outreach to expand locally and globally. This powerhouse collaboration enhances Brooke’s footprint on the real estate market in the Tampa Bay area & beyond.
